Back in 2009 Eddie Baird and Terry Wincott were asked to record a new duo Blondel album so Eddie started writing!

The backing tracks were recorded at SmallCOG studios before being sent over to Terry for him to add all the other instrumentation.

The track ‘Here At Last’ was a Christmassy track and before going to Terry for the full Blondel treatment several other musicians added parts including Rabbit Bundrick on keyboards, Les Wilson on Bouzouki and Darryl Ebbatson on ukulele and backing vocals.

An album called ‘The Elsie Emerald Sessions’ is being made available to purchase HERE as a download with all the profits going to DementiaUK, but this track is being given away as a free download for Christmas!
